Bloom & Ivy is a full-service florist offering floral arrangements, event styling, delivery, and subscription services. Our offerings may change from time to time without notice.
Order & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Substitutions
Due to seasonal and regional availability, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or containers with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the design style and color palette.
Substitutions are made with the customer's satisfaction in mind.
Delivery
We offer local delivery within 30 minutes of Jefferson, GA with a $5 per order. Please inquire for delivery at a further distance.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 2:00 p.m. on weekdays.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Custom event orders (e.g., weddings, corporate events) are subject to separate cancellation policies outlined in service agreements.
Refunds are not provided for completed deliveries, unless the product is damaged or unsatisfactory due to an error on our part. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
